Exchanges — Only When It’s Truly Needed

As all our products are made in small batches and meant for personal use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. However, we understand that unexpected things can happen!

We’re happy to offer an exchange only under the following two circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your product arrived damaged in transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, we kindly request:

  • An unboxing video taken while opening the parcel (unedited, from start to finish)
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, product, and the issue at hand.

This helps us ensure authenticity and process your request quickly and smoothly.

Courier Services

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is shipped, so you can monitor its journey to you!

Timelines & How to Raise a Request

If your order meets the exchange criteria:

  • Please email us at info@hueandshades.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8421799973 within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Our team will get back to you within 2-3 working days with the next steps.

No Returns for

  • Change of mind or dislike of texture/fragrance (we keep our formulations as clean and honest as nature allows!)
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivity (we always recommend a patch test before full use)
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions
