Thank you for choosing Hue and Shades! We strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s a little more information about our shipping process:

Order Processing & Shipping Time Frame

All orders are processed from our warehouse in Undri, Pune. Once we receive your order, we’ll work hard to dispatch it within 1-3 business days. Our team works Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM, on Sundays, or during festive holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Please allow the following number of days for delivery after your order is processed:

• Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

  In case of remote locations delivery can take 10-15 business days.

Courier Services

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is shipped, so you can monitor its journey to you!

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that there is a nominal charge of Rs. 100 for every COD order. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on COD orders. We hope you understand!

Delivery and Signature

For your security, we require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, you can arrange for a family member, colleague, or neighbor to sign on your behalf. Please note that we are not responsible for packages signed by someone else at your address.
