Refund policy

At Hue and Shades, every product is crafted in small batches with intention and care. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened.

However, if you’ve received the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@hueandshades.com, along with your order ID, a clear unboxing video, and photos of the product received. Once reviewed and verified, we’ll arrange an exchange or guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
  • Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences, allergies, or if the product has been opened.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
  • Products purchased during sales or special offers are not eligible for exchange or refund.
